Line Kick — Terms of Use
By installing or playing Line Kick you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Line Kick is made by Pavel Metsko (“we”).
1. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Line Kick for your own entertainment. You may not copy, sell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its content.
2. Fair play
Online matches, leagues and the weekend cup depend on everyone playing honestly. You agree not to:
- modify the app, or use tools, scripts or bots to play or influence matches;
- exploit bugs to gain coins, gems, items, rating or a leaderboard place;
- leave matches on purpose to hurt other players, or interfere with the service.
We may reset a rating, remove coins, gems or items gained unfairly, remove a leaderboard entry or close an account that breaks these rules.
3. Your nickname
Your nickname and outfit are shown to other players. Do not use a nickname that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone else or infringes anyone’s rights. We may change such a nickname and, if it keeps happening, close the account.
4. Accounts
A guest account exists only on the device that created it: if you delete the app without linking Google or Sign in with Apple, that progress cannot be recovered. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.
5. Coins, gems and purchases
Coins, gems, characters, emotes and the season pass are a licence to use virtual content inside the game; they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account. Paid purchases are sold by Apple or Google, and their refund rules apply. Prices, items and seasons may change over time.
6. Availability
Line Kick is provided “as is”. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it — including online play — at any time.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Line Kick. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending these terms
You may stop using Line Kick at any time by deleting your account and the app. We may end your access if you break these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes and contact
If these terms change we will update this page and the date at the top; continuing to play after a change means you accept it. See also the Privacy Policy. Questions: decimagamepl@gmail.com.
